Here is a very quick recipe. Perfect for a lazy breakfast or make them a little smaller for a lovely afternoon tea
makes 30 small pancakes
2 Cups S R Flour
2 Whole Eggs
2 Tbs Caster Sugar
Whole Milk to mix into a nice thick batter
*Optional add lemon Zest
Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth, then drop small amounts onto a fairly hot pan with a little oil, cook on one side onto you see the bubbles then flip & cook on other side for 30 seconds.
Place onto a cooling tray and repeat until finished.
*Also lovely served with Honey Flavour Pearls
Serve hot and enjoy
