Baileys Coffee with Gingerbread Flavour Pearls
Baileys Coffee with Gingerbread Flavour Pearls – Is it a Cocktail or is it a Dessert? That’s up to you really. I love the Dessert idea but quite frankly it’s the perfect afternoon treat. Topped with lashings of whipped Cream, dark Chocolate shards and our Limited Edition Gingerbread Flavour Pearls. Serve it warm or cold, and dial up or down the alcohol volume according to taste. What are you waiting for?
*If you don’t have a Coffee machine on hand Cold Brew Coffee is available from the Supermarket.
What you’ll need – per mug
- 1 – 2 shots of Espresso
- Milk – aprox 200ml – Hot or Cold
- Baileys – 50ml or to taste
- Whipped Cream – we bought a can from the dairy section at Aldi
- Dark Chocolate block – shave with a vegetable peeler
- Gingerbread Flavour Pearls – Limited Edition
To do
Simply add the ingredients into each mug. Espresso first. Followed by your warm or cold Milk. Then the delicious Baileys. Add an Ice Cube or two if you want it chilled even more.
To serve
Now to top with whipped cream. The Cream in a can from Aldi is actually great for this. We shaved the dark Chocolate block directly onto the Cream with a vegetable peeler (you could have it ready to go on a plate if you prefer and just spoon some on). Now top with a spoonful of our Limited Edition Gingerbread Flavour Pearls and enjoy.
Cheers 🍺
Until next time

“A good bachelor drinks his dessert (and sometimes the rest of his meals). A sweet tooth is a danger signal that you’re getting too much exercise and not enough cocktails.”
