Created using a mixture of science and cooking (molecular gastronomy) we use pectin (from fruit) to create the bubbles that hold the liquid and give the famous ‘pop’ that our Flavour Pearls are known for.
Perfect to serve with hot, cold or frozen food and drinks, they won’t melt or dissolve.
Ideal gift idea as they don’t require refrigeration until opened. And we ship world wide.
