Mocha Martini recipe

- 30 ml cold espresso (decaf if you are a sensitive soul with caffeine)
- 45 ml vodka
- 45 ml coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
- 30 ml white creme de cacao
- Salted Caramel Flavour Pearls
Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into chilled martini glass. It should be somewhat frothy. Top with a generous spoonful of Salted Caramel Flavour Pearls and enjoy.

Shots are guaranteed to move the party up a notch! Whether its a fancy cocktail or a shot of vodka, add a few pearls and you are onto a winner. With strawberry, tangerine, blackcurrant, blue curacao, cherry, raspberry and yuzu there is something to suit every one. (PS, non-alcoholic drinks love the pearls too!)
