Oysters are a quick, fresh and healthy starter. They are easy to share and are suitable for a casual get-together or fancy cocktail party. Add a few to your antipasto board. I bet there will be many oyster laden platters Australia wide on Christmas day!

We bought Pacific oysters, sat them on a little seaweed (the kids and I collected it from the beach) and topped them with some Lemon & Black Pepper Flavour Pearls. Ta dah…. Too easy
