Oysters & Lemon and Black Pepper Flavour Pearls
Oysters 😍 Add a few Lemon & Black Pepper Flavour Pearls for a burst of sophisticated glamour. Oysters are a quick, fresh and healthy starter. They are easy to share and are suitable for a casual get-together or fancy cocktail party. Add a few to your antipasto board.
I bet there will be many oyster laden platters Australia wide on Christmas day!
Our photo above shows just how simply they can be served.
We bought Pacific oysters, sat them on a little seaweed (the kids and I collected it from the beach) and topped them with some Lemon & Black Pepper Flavour Pearls. Ta dah…. Too easy
Not keen on Lemon & Black Pepper? Another option is the Shallot & White Balsamic or Yuzu or Lemon Myrtle Flavour Pearls for a fresh clean tang. I’m also loving my take on a Bloody Mary Oyster. Add a dash of Tabasco and a dash of Worcestershire to an oyster and top with our Native Bush Tomato Flavour Pearls…so, so good!
