Pavlovas with Raspberry Flavour Finisher and Flavour Pearls

Luscious yet light, and very eye catching. Pavlovas with Raspberry Flavour Finisher and Flavour Pearls is a great dish for when you are a bit too busy to spend much time in the kitchen but still need a lovely dish that looks kinda home made but is really not.

Raspberry Flavour Finisher adds a vibrant flavour crunch to the silky Cream and the juicy bursting Raspberry Flavour Pearls finish the dessert just perfectly.

What you’ll need – serves 4 

• Pavlova Shells – ours were Country Chef Mini Pavlovas from IGA
• Thickened Cream 
• Vanilla Paste
• Sugar – to taste
• Raspberry Flavour Finisher
• Raspberry Flavour Pearls

To do

Whip your Cream, adding a dash of Vanilla Paste and some Sugar to taste.

To serve

Simply place your Pavlova shells onto individual serving plates or a larger share platter. Spoon a generous amount of whipped Cream on to each Pavlova. Add a sprinkle of Raspberry Flavour Finisher then add a spoonful of Raspberry Flavour Pearls.
