Raspberry Rose Fizz is a pretty and delicious cocktail…
made even more delightful with a rose petal scoop of Raspberry Flavour Pearls for beauty and texture burst.
What you will need..
This will make one Raspberry Rose Fizz cocktail….just multiply according to number of guests
- 45 ml gin
- 25 ml framboise liqueur (raspberry liqueur – there are many to choose from, just select one in your price range)
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25 ml raspberry syrup
- 3 drops rosewater
- 1 egg white
- Pretty glass to serve
- Rose petals for garnish
- Raspberry Flavour Pearls for garnish
Combine gin, framboise liqueur, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, rose water and egg white in a shaker; shake vigorously without ice for 10-15 seconds. Add ice and shake for 5 additional seconds. Strain into a chilled glass with ice, top with soda and garnish with a rose petal.

If you don’t own a cocktail shaker (we don’t!) we found that using a stick blender to combine worked a treat…
