I have just eaten a half a jar of Balsamic Pearls by myself with fresh warm Turkish bread…….. they are the most amazing things ever!

I have tried the balsamic pearls on salad’s – what a difference the pearls make – all of a sudden this beautiful flavour and have put the apple ones on pork – again a more interesting flavour than ordinary apple, not to mention sophistication!

The flavour pearls are divine!!! Brilliant idea! Well done guys! Was great to try all the lovely flavours yesterday at the show!

Ohhhhh boy what a highlight on our wedding EVERYONE was commenting on how lovely the strawberry flavoured pearls were. They add such class and that “wow factor” Even my mother who doesn’t drink alcohol was saying the pearls and the champagne were a fantastic combination. No wonder they guzzled 6 bottles of champagne in no time!
