Our Frozen Watermelon Pina Colada is a delight for so many reasons. Made with frozen Watermelon, it’s delightfully refreshing and you could call it healthy…maybe…it’s fruit right! The Golden Watermelon Flavour Pearls just glam it up to next level. It’s super easy to make some without any alcohol so everyone can enjoy them.

What you’ll need… this will make more than 1.5 ltr so great for a jug

  • 5 cups Diced and frozen watermelon
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Rum (omit if desired)
  • 1/4 cup Banana Liquor (omit if desired)
  • 1 tbs Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
  • Shaved Coconut
  • Extra Watermelon for garnish
  • Golden Watermelon Flavour Pearls
  • Jug or stick blender
  • Pretty glasses
  • Fun friends

Lets get started

Check that all of your glass ware is nice and chilled so your cocktail doesn’t melt too quickly. Prepare your Watermelon garnishes. Simply cut thin wedges to fit your glasses. You can pop these on ready if you like.

Next

Pop all of the liquid ingredients into the blender with the frozen Watermelon. Blitz until smooth. If it’s a little too thick just add extra liquid of your choice (yes more Rum!)

Ready to serve

Simply pour the Watermelon Pina Colada into your glasses. Top with a few bits of shaved Coconut and lastly give your jar of Golden Watermelon Flavour Pearls a good shake (the gold settles a little) and add a spoonful onto the coconut pile.
