Yuzu Spritz with Yuzu Flavour Pearls. Light on the sugar and oh so refreshing. Just perfect if you are wanting a lower alcohol sip. Oh you citrussy good thing!

What you’ll need 

  • 1 bottle of Prosecco, Sparkling or Champagne – your choice
  • 1 botlle sparkling water – soda water, mineral or soda stream
  • Yuzu Flavour Pearls

To do

Simply add a generous spoonful of Yuzu Flavour Pearls into each glass (liquid too). Add your bubbly then top up with sparkling water. Done!
