If you can possibly explain the issues you are experiencing in detail, we will endeavour to get our web guru Robyn to fix them quickly and we can take your order over the phone at the same time. - Out of business hours: A quick email to hello@peninsulalarder.com.au explaining the issues (and your order if you like), or leave us a voicemail (03) 9773 6403. We will get straight on to it as soon as we are back at work.

This Policy governs all orders placed through Peninsula Larders Online Store as well as phone orders, market purchases and in-store purchases from our factory in Seaford
To enquire about a product purchased in-store at one of our stockists, please contact the store directly.
Peninsula Larder is dedicated to providing products of the highest quality. We are confident you will love everything you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know. Our orders are picked and packed by real people so there is every chance that sometimes we may make a mistake.
**Please send an email with images and an explanation of your issue to hello@peninsulalarder.com.au
If there is something wrong with one of the products we will likely replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method.
If you have received incorrect items. Please contact us immediately. We can create a return label that you can print at home so that you can send the items back to us (unopened). Or drop them in if you live near by. Once we receive the goods we will send the correct items out asap.
