Baked Goats Cheese with Smoked Honey Flavour Pearls
Mmmm warm Baked Goats Cheese and delicious bursting Smoked Honey Flavour Pearls. A delightful bite that is so wonderfully simple to prepare.
What you’ll need
- Goats Cheese – Chevre – This is what we used
- Dish or Ramekin (oven safe)
- Smoked Paprika
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt & Pepper
- Bread or crackers
- Smoked Honey Flavour Pearls
- Honey, Truffled Honey or Pepperberry & Cherry Flavour Pearls are a great alternative if Smoked Honey is no longer available
To do
Pop your oven on to 180c.
Simply press the Chevre into your dish/ramekin. Bake for 10 or so minutes. It is ready when the top starts to colour a little and it begins to bubble around the edges.
Warming your bread for a few minutes is nice too.
To serve
Carefully remove your dish of hot Chevre from the oven. Put it directly onto your serving platter. Slice your warmed bread and add it to the platter.
Add a generous serve of Smoked Honey Flavour Pearls on to the Chevre. Lastly add a little drizzle of Olive Oil, a sprinkle of Smoked Paprika and some Sea Salt and Pepper.
Enjoy it while it’s hot
Until next time
