
White Christmas Cocktail with Spiced Cranberry Flavour Pearls
Our White Christmas Cocktail with Spiced Cranberry Flavour Pearls is just delicious. Creamy and cool for those Summery Christmas celebrations. Yes we’ve made ours look super Christmassy with a Mint leaf garnish. I’d have loved a Holly leaf but couldn’t get my hands on any this time! A delightfully simple cocktail where you just pop all ingredients into a blender and mix away.
What you’ll need
- White Crème de Cacao
- Vodka
- Milk
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Cinnamon – pinch (or not)
- Spiced Cranberry Flavour Pearls
- Stick blender or jug blender
- Cocktail Glasses (chilled if possible)
- Mint or Holly leaves for additional garnish
Lets get started
In a jug blender combine equal quantities of White Crème de Cacao, Vodka and Milk and Ice Cream (milk and Ice-cream to equal 1/3 of mix) I like a little pinch of Cinnamon too.
Simply blitz away. If you need to add more ice cream to get your consistency a little thicker just go ahead. There are no firm rules here.
Ready to serve
Now just pour into your chilled glasses. Add a spoonful of Spiced Cranberry Flavour Pearls and your leafy garnish.
