Gin Sour with Lemon Myrtle Flavour Pearls

I adore a sour cocktail 😍

What you’ll need

  • 60mL gin (Silent Pool or Four Pillars Yuzu are the go to’s)
  • 30mL lemon juice (freshly squeezed always)
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 15ml egg white (the whites of 1 egg)
  • Ice
  • Lemon Myrtle Flavour Pearls
  • Slice of dried Blood Orange or similar
  • Pretty glasses
 

To do

 
Do a dry shake first (this gets that frothy top then add ice and shake again to chill). Pour into a chilled glass then garnish with a slice of dried blood orange and the Lemon Myrtle Flavour Pearls. Delish!
