Summer Punch with Golden Pineapple Flavour Pearls

Summer entertaining is even more fun with a big bowl of Punch to enjoy. Our recipe for Summer Punch with Golden Pineapple Flavour Pearls is a ripper. A super refreshing Lemon base served over ice with as much or little alcohol added as you like. The Golden Pineapple Flavour Pearls add a luxe burst of tropical flavour. We even added some Mango Cocktail Sugar to the glasses for a little extra yum.

What you’ll need

• Prosecco – 1 bottle
• Vodka – 1/2 Cup
• Gin – 1/2 Cup
• Frangelico – 1/2 Cup
• Lemon Cordial – 1/2 Cup
• Soda Water or Lemonade – 1 bottle (depending on your sweet tooth)
• Ice
• Limes – 6
• Pineapple
• Mint – washed
• Mango Cocktail Sugar
• Golden Pineapple Flavour Pearls

To do

The Punch making bit is easy, lets prepare the garnishes first so it’s ready to just add liquids. I chopped the Pineapple in half so I could use it in the bowl for decoration (please give it a quick wash first). Next pick out the nice looking leaves for garnish before slicing the rest into thin wedges for the individual glasses. Thinly slice one Lime. Cut the rest of the Limes into wedges. 

Next

Using a Lime wedge, rub a little around the glass rim then dip it into the Mango Cocktail Sugar. You can do them all so they are ready to go. Half fill the Punch bowl with ice. Add some into a few glasses with a Pineapple Frond too.

To serve

Add the Lemon Cordial and spirits. I like to add the Prosecco then Soda (or Lemonade) last as it kind of mixes it up too. Squeeze in lots of Lime wedges and pop the Mint in. I would definitely taste test now too. You can always tweak the flavour a little. More of the Lemon Cordial will sweeten things up if you feel you need it. Set up a couple of serves with a slice of Lime and spoonful of Golden Pineapple Flavour Pearls ready to go so everyone can see what to do

PS: I bought my Punch set from the local Savers store. You could definitely just use a nice glass salad bowl and whatever glasses are on hand.
