Petite Caprese Salad & Balsamic Flavour Pearls

Petite Caprese Salad & Balsamic Flavour Pearls is my go to quick dish.

Petite Caprese Salad with Balsamic Flavour Pearls

Here is a simple starter. No cooking involved. The most labour intensive part is getting to the shops!!!!!!

What You Need

Ripe cherry tomatoes
Milk cherries (baby bocconcini)
Basil
Balsamic Flavour Pearls
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Chinese soup spoons to serve.

To Do

Simply slice the tomatoes and bocconcini, layer alternately in spoons. Season with salt and pepper to taste and finish with a sprig of basil, tiny drizzle of oil and a generous scatter of Balsamic Flavour Pearls.

*these can be prepared a couple of hours in advance. Just cover with a little glad wrap and leave them on the bench. No need to keep them in the fridge as they taste better when room temperature*

Peninsula Larder is all about providing quality products for entertaining, celebrating, and everything in between. We also feel for all the hard working chefs out there so our Pearls are designed to enhance their already fabulous food with no additional labour.

Flavour Pearls are the perfect product to take out a bit of the work so there is more time for the fun stuff!

Enjoy

Until next time…
