Vacherin is a sublime combination of meringue and Salted Caramel ice cream with the bursting hit of Salted Caramel Flavour Pearls. It’s a super versatile recipe too. Change the ice cream flavour to whatever suits you, go fruity with some passion fruit or raspberry. Fold through some fresh fruit or a swirl of coulis. Go for a sorbet instead of ice cream for a dairy free dessert.
